Zespół Śpiewaczy Jarzębina Zabłocie
Zespół Śpiewaczy Jarzębina Zabłocie – singing ensemble was founded in 1991 and currently functions under the patronage of the Municipal Center for Culture, Sports, and Tourism in Kodeń.
They perform songs from Southern Podlasie and Polesia. Their extensive repertoire includes folk, religious and patriotic pieces, as well as other songs. Their greatest treasures are authentic songs from Zabłocie, sung in the “local” tongue, collected from older singers and archives. They are one of the most active singing groups in the Biała Podlaska district, winning numerous competitions and festivals.
The ensemble’s director is Jadwiga Oleszczuk.
