Regulations for participation in artistic events organized by the All Mazurkas of the World Foundation.
Valid from 17-21.04.2024.

§1

1) These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as “Regulations”) contain specific rules for the participation of persons (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) in artistic events (hereinafter referred to as “Events”) organized by the All Mazurkas of the World Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”) at:
(a) Center for Promotion of Culture, 2 Podskarbińska Street, 03-833 Warsaw,
b) Fortecy Kręgliccy, 12 Zakroczymska Street, 00-225 Warsaw,
c) State Ethnographic Museum in Warsaw, 1 Kredytowa St., 00-056 Warsaw,
d) Terminal Kultury Gocław, 24 Jana Nowaka-Jeziorańskiego St., 03-982 Warsaw,
(hereinafter referred to as the “Festival Facilities”).

2) The Regulations are made available to the Participants via www.festivalmazurki.pl and on the information boards at the Festival Facilities.

3) Participants of the Events are required to comply with the rules of order in force during the Festival, related in particular to logistics and safety during the Events, to comply with the guidelines of the Organizer, as well as the regulations in force at the Festival Facilities.

4) The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to a ticket/carnet holder or to deny continuation of participation to a Participant already taking part in the Event, if it deems it necessary, and in particular in the case of violation of the provisions of the Rules and Regulations, improper and/or inappropriate behavior of the Participant.

5) If it becomes necessary to cancel the Event(s), the Organizer will not be obliged to pay any compensation, financial compensation over and above the refund of the value of the admission ticket held by the participant.

§2

1) A person is entitled to participate in an Event if he/she has purchased a ticket or a pass including admission to that Event through the portal https://www.bilety24.pl or at the stationary box office at the Festival Facilities.
2) Purchase of a ticket or pass is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations.
3) The Organizer does not exchange a ticket purchased for an Event for a ticket for another Event.
4) It is allowed to exchange, resell or sharpen tickets or passes between the Participants, but the Organizer will not act as an intermediary in such transactions, nor will it be responsible for any abuse of third parties.
5) The exchange, resale or surrender of a ticket or pass to another Participant is possible only before the Organizer scans the QR code.
6) Once the Organizer scans the QR code from the ticket or pass, no refund is possible.

§3

1) For the Concerts on 17.04, 18.04 and INSTRUMENT FAIR 20. 04 is free admission.
2) For the Concert on 19.04.2024, the Festival Clubs on 17-19.04.2024 and the Dance Night on 20.04.2024:
a) Free Admission is available for children under 7 years of age,
b) Concessionary Tickets are available to students aged 7-26 and people over 60.
c) The Organizer anticipates providing a pool of 20 Free Entrance Passes each for persons over 70 years of age to be picked up at the Festival Office prior to the respective Event,

§4

1) The Organizer provides Participants with access to designated spaces in the Festival Facilities. In case of staying in spaces not designated for Participants without the consent of the Organizer/managers of the Festival Facilities, the Participant may be subject to the measures listed in §1 paragraph 4.

§5

1) Participation in the Events is tantamount to expressing gratuitous consent, unlimited in terms of quantity, time and territory, for the gratuitous use, processing, reproduction and repeated dissemination of the Participant’s image recorded in photographs taken during the Events, without the need for their approval each time, for informational and promotional purposes of the Event. The above consent is tantamount to the fact that photographs and recordings taken during the Events may be posted on the Internet, including primarily on the Organizer’s website and social networks.
2) Each Participant agrees to disseminate, for promotional purposes, his/her image in photographs and audiovisual materials made during the Event in which he/she voluntarily participated in accordance with Article 81 of the Act of 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws of 2006 No. 90 item 631, as amended).

§6

1) In case of disputes, not regulated by these Regulations, the decisions are made by the Organizer.
2) The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations and at the same time undertakes to immediately inform the Participants.
3) Destruction of property located in the Festival Facilities is subject to punishment under the general principles of the Civil Code.
