DANCES Three–Four: Dance Warm-Up
Led by: Marta Domachowska
Music: Katarzyna Zedel & Katarzyna Rosik
For: ages 14+
What to bring
Comfortable shoes
Essentials: drinking water
You’ll learn the basic steps of the polka and oberek – but above all, the goal is to loosen up, enjoy movement, and find joy in dancing through simple exercises and rhythmic games. We’ll also work on staying in touch with your own body, your partner, other dancers, and the musicians.
Open to all (14+). No partner needed (though welcome), and no prior dance experience required. Seasoned dancers will also find plenty to enjoy.
