The workshop includes basic twirling dance steps and a brief commentary on improvisation, etiquette, and dance health and safety. Among other things, you will find out: How many shirts to bring to a concert? Why is dancing easy for the thin, and even easier for the thick? Should you dance in sandals with or without socks? How to properly recharge your glycogen before dancing? Is sucking on cloves worth it? Do collagen tablets help you stomp your feet more? In short, how to succeed on the dance floor!
