In the course of rhythm exercices, games and movement experiments that encourage individual pursuits and improv participant will have the chance to experience from within the beauty and trance nature of Polish traditional music. An important value of the workshop will be the experience of deeply communal dimension of traditional spinning dance through direct contact with the musicians, other dancers and particular cosmic “choreography”.

The content of the workshop will be repeated daily, however we encourage people interested in improving their dance skills to take part in all three instalments.
